Post Graduate Program in Branch Banking Services


The focus of Post Graduate Program in Branch Banking Services is to craft first-day, first-hour ready banking professionals for YES BANK. The program trains graduates/post graduates on banking domain, usage of banking application software and customer-oriented service and sales skills.


The PGP in Branch Banking Services is a unique three-term program spanned over 3 months. The program consists of four hours of classroom study and three hours of supervised self-study per day. Supervised self-study takes place after the classroom sessions.

In addition to the formal classroom sessions, students may be required to participate in collaborative projects and assignments along with e-learning and other reference work. To complete the program, students may have to work on some local holidays.

Students upon successful completion of PGPBS qualify for employment with BANK.


AIBF will provide the selected candidates with a Conditional Offer Letter (Conditional offer letter will mention that candidates will be placed in BANK on successful completion of PGPBS program). On successful completion of the 3 month program, BANK will offer letter of employment to the candidates.


• Age: Less than equal to 27 years

• Academic Qualification: Graduation/post Graduation>=50%; Regular Graduation/correspondence/no gap; No siblings and all other terms & conditions as applicable.


Candidates will have to appear for AIBF’s Common Entrance Test (ICET), which is an online aptitude test. The candidates are advised to practice their keyboard skills and become familiar with online tests by taking an online practice test. Admission to AIBF PGPBS program is granted based on the performance in AIBF Interview and BANK’s Interview. Selected candidates will be offered provisional appointment letter as per the terms and conditions during the PGPBS enrollment process.


• 4 hours per day classroom sessions

• 5 to 6 days per week

This will also include collaborative projects and assignments along with e-learning and other reference work.

The classroom phase of the program is evaluated. Test, quizzes, assignments and project work form evaluation instruments during classroom phase.

The transcript finally received by the student reflects scores obtained in all the courses. Tests during the classroom phase are administered through on-line Learning and Training System. Ample opportunities are given to the students to improve their performance in the tests. The students can log on to to access all details pertaining to their academic association with AIBF.

To qualify for the award of the program title, candidates should score >60% aggregate and fulfill all academic and performance guidelines.
